Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must have original tags and packaging intact.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thetroycoo@gmail.com with clear photos/videos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

For size or product changes, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • The amount is usually credited within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
